Wikipedia is largest encyclopedia in world and 6th most visited site on web according to alexa. One needs Internet to access Wikipedia, but what if i told you it’s not necessary. Yep, one good thing about wikipedia is that it is designed to be very light and low page size. Kiwix took advantage of this and compressed millions of wikis into a small package.

You can also download the package and install it on computers with no internet connection. Well you might think the package will be huge like hundreds of GBs, but its has reasonable size of 4.1GB. And the best thing is that you can download it either as a resumable direct download or a torrent.
